Tiago Mayan is a founder of the party Iniciativa Liberal (2017). President of the Council of Jurisdiction of the same party until the end of 2020. Supported by the party as a presidential candidate in the 2021 elections.
Born and raised in Porto, obtained a Law degreeat UCP Porto. He is actively involved with the citizen movement Porto, o Nosso Partido (Rui Moreira). From 2017 to 2021, served as a substitute deputy in the Assembly of the Union of Parishes of Aldoar, Foz do Douro and Nevogilde, and since 2021, serves as the President of that Union.
