Oksana Kuziakiv is the Executive Director of the Institute for Economic Research and Policy Consulting (IER), one of Ukraine’s leading think tanks based in Kyiv. With over 25 years of experience in public policy research and more than 15 years in NGO project management, she is dedicated to using data and public opinion to inform better economic decisions.
Her expertise lies in survey-based research, with a particular focus on how war, reforms, and EU integration shape Ukraine’s business climate and society. Oksana is also the author of Ukrainian Business during the Wartimes, a monthly newsletter that offers fresh insights into the country’s economic resilience.
She holds a master’s degree in sociology from Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv and is passionate about empowering the next generation of changemakers through knowledge and research.
