Originally from Barcelona, raised in Abruzzo (Italy), Manuel graduated from the University of Barcelona with a degree in Political Science and Administration. He studies a master’s degree in Economic History at the same alma mater. Libertarian, his favorite authors are Friedrich Hayek and Joseph Ratzinger. His political role model is Margaret Thatcher.
In addition to being one of the long-standing members of Students For Liberty (he joined in summer of 2020) and having contributed to multiple teams—including the Barcelona team and the Spanish national team—he currently serves as National Coordinator in Italy. He organized the first event in Italy and Europe with President Javier Milei through SFL, as well as an event with Venezuela’s president-elect, Edmundo González Urrutia. All of these conferences were in Rome.
His language proficiency in Spanish, Italian, Catalan, English, and French. Outside his professional life, Manuel is a lover of ancient and medieval history, Lord of the Rings, and he is passionate of geopolitics, and strategy video games.
