A former teacher, Zoltán was the director of the Free Market Foundation when he entered politics in 2015. He won a by-election as an independent, breaking the two-thirds majority of the governing party in February, 2015. He was in the Hungarian parliament and remained an independent until 2018. After politics, he returned to the think-tank world as the Director of Operations at Civitas Institute in Hungary. Since 2022, he has been working as Government Affairs Manager at the Consumer Choice Center. In his free time, he likes watching NFL games, reading books, or playing with his five children.
