Co-Founder of Rational Regulation & Editor of Konopí Magazine
Originally trained as a historian and English major, Lukáš Hurt has worked for many years as a translator, journalist, editor and publisher of the Konopí magazine, focusing on cannabis and its medicinal and other uses. He is co-founder of the civil initiative Rodiny proti prohibici [Families Against Prohibition], manager of the Českého konopného klustru [Czech Cannabis Cluster] and a registered cannabis patient. In 2024 he co-founded the association Racionální regulace [Rational Regulation], which aims to push for a rational reform of cannabis legislation and end the prohibition of this plant.

Původním vzděláním historik a anglista, který již řadu let pracuje jako překladatel, novinář, editor a vydavatel magazínu Konopí se zaměřením na konopí a jeho léčebné i další využití. Je spoluzakladatelem občanské iniciativy Rodiny proti prohibici, manažerem Českého konopného klastru a registrovaným konopným pacientem. V roce 2024 spoluzaložil spolek Racionální regulace, jehož cílem je prosadit racionální reformu konopné legislativy a ukončit prohibici této rostliny.
