Federico N. Fernández is a visionary leader dedicated to driving innovation and change. As the CEO of We Are Innovation, a global network of 45+ think tanks and NGOs, Federico champions innovative solutions worldwide. His expertise and passion for innovation have earned him recognition from prestigious publications such as The Economist, El País, Folha de São Paulo, and Newsweek. Federico has also delivered inspiring speeches and lectures across three continents, authored numerous scholarly articles, and co-edited several books on economics.
Federico is Founder and President of Fundación Internacional Bases (Rosario, Argentina) and also the Chairman of the Organizing Committee of the International Conference “The Austrian School of Economics in the 21st Century,” which takes place in Europe and LatAm alternatively.
Under Federico’s leadership, in less than two years, the Somos Innovación Network published the largest opinion survey conducted in LatAm focused on how citizens see innovation, a sharing economy index for the region measuring more than forty cities, and “Detrás de la Nube” (Behind the Cloud) was filmed, of which Fernández was Executive Producer.
