Florian F. Windberger has spent over five years immersed in the Austrian start-up ecosystem, where he has managed and supported a range of small ventures—most recently a Vienna-based art incubator and events company. He holds a Master’s in Philosophy, with a thesis titled “Polarization on Virtual Epistemic Networks.”
Florian’s journey with ESFL began in 2020 when he joined as a student. He went on to win the inaugural global SFL Debating Championship in 2021. Following a brief role as Events Associate, he was appointed Programs Director for North America in 2023.
Outside of his professional pursuits, Florian is a passionate world traveler, a devoted chess enthusiast, and a bass player in his spare time.
