Nora Junco García is an independent Member of the European Parliament affiliated with the
European Conservatives and Reformists (ECR) Group, with a background in the private sector.
She is co-founder and CEO of Levinson Agency (2018), a marketing and advertising firm
focused on premium brand development and performance-driven campaigns,
overseeing strategy, growth, and client delivery.
In the European Parliament, she sits as a full member of the Special Committee on the
Housing Crisis in the EU (HOUS) within the European Parliament, taking part in hearings,
amendments, debates, and the drafting of its report on housing affordability, supply, and
regulation. She is also a member of the Committee on Fisheries (PECH) and a
substitute member of the Committee on the Environment, Climate and Food Safety
(ENVI), as well as a member of the Delegations for Central America and the Euro-Latin
American Parliamentary Assembly (DLAT), and a substitute member of the Cariforum–EU
Delegation.
She contributed to the EU housing own-initiative (INI) report, defending the
importance of strengthening legal certainty in the rental market.
Within the framework of the report on the housing crisis in the European Union, she
advocated for including references to the illegal occupation of housing and promoted
the use of the term “inquiocupación” (squatters).
She also endorsed public-private partnerships as a key way to increase the housing
supply and improve access.
Since the beginning of the current parliamentary term, she has continued her work in
the Parliament, contributing to committee activities and legislative discussions across
different policy areas. Her experience in both the private sector and European
institutions shapes her practical efficient approach to policymaking.
