Originally from Dresden, Germany, Anne studies International Relations and International Law (MA) at the University of Edinburgh in Scotland. Her primary interests are foreign policy, diplomacy, and human rights. Anne’s firm belief that the protection of individual freedom and proliferation of peace should be at the heart of every policy decision was what first incited her interest in libertarianism.
Anne joined Students For Liberty in the summer of 2023 as a Local Coordinator for SFL Edinburgh. Besides that, she is a part-time yoga teacher and literature devotee, enthusiastic about the future, in which she aims to merge her academic foundation, her language proficiency in German, English, Spanish and Russian, and her passion for liberty to contribute meaningfully to the field of International Relations and Law.
