Revaz Topuria is a classical liberal activist and a lecturer at the University of Georgia and Free University of Tbilisi, teaching courses on political ideologies. He is also a co-founder of Franklin Club, an association of classical liberals and libertarians dedicated to promoting the idea of individual choice and a free market economy. Serving as the Academic Director at the Franklin Club, he guides educational initiatives through the Franklin Academy.

Revaz boasts an extensive professional background in the public sector, international organizations, and non-governmental entities. Over the course of his career, he has contributed his expertise to the Ministry of Economy and Sustainable Development of Georgia, the United Nations Development Program, the Centre for Economic Prosperity, and various other NGOs.

His academic contributions are also noteworthy, encompassing numerous published articles and even an authored book on classical liberalism.
